About Body Corporates Limited (ABC) is owned and operated by Sharron O’Sullivan and Kim Jones. Formed in February 2005 after identifying a gap in the market with regards to service for Bodies Corporate.

ABC has since grown a portfolio of Multi-Unit Developments, comprising of Commercial, Residential and Industrial units, Residential High and Low Rise Apartments, Townhouses and Mixed Use Developments, Subdivided Land and Cross Lease Land.

The team at ABC Ltd all genuinely enjoy what they do and are skilled at resolving any issue that may occur within a body corporate. They like to become involved in the more technical aspects of the varied systems in each property to give them a true understanding of the building functions. As well as routine maintenance, the team at ABC are highly experienced in assisting owners through the process of any major issue such as Leaky Building, Earthquake Strengthening and other building defects.

ABC see the Body Corporate Management of any property as a Stewardship role and as a result provide a well-rounded service for the Body Corporate.
